“my passion for dressmaking began in 2008 when as an artist I wondered if i'd be able to bring some of my drawings to life.
i had no previous sewing or tailoring experience so I decided to tackle the challenge in the same way that I would build a solid object such as a desk or a wardrobe, piecing it together bit by bit and thinking of it more like a sculpture than an item of clothing - this approach resulted in my first dress, 'blackglove'.
since then, i've continued to create and construct unique pieces of clothing, constantly striving to challenge myself with new and more daring designs and in turn, receiving great feedback from people around the world.
I love experimenting with materials, colours and textures - pushing the boundaries of fashion design to the limits and as a result, creating one-of-a-kind, custom made clothing for people, regardless of their shape and size.
